CANCELLATION POLICY
Terms and Conditions – Direct Bookings and cancellation policy
These Terms and Conditions apply to all direct bookings made with Honeywhite Homes LTD(“we,” “us,” “our”). By confirming your booking, you (“the Guest”) agree to be bound by the following terms:
1. Booking Channels
Our holiday homes are listed on third-party platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com. If you book through those platforms, their terms and conditions will apply. These Terms and Conditions apply only to direct bookings made with us.
2. Payment
Full payment is required through the payment link or invoice within 24 hours of booking confirmation
We accept bank transfer, and credit/debit cards only.
3. Cancellation Policy – Short Stays (up to 28 nights)
Guests may cancel up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time and receive a full refund.
If cancellation is made within 48 hours of check-in, no refund will be issued.
4. Cancellation Policy – Long-Term Stays (over 28 nights)
Guests may cancel up to 30 days before the scheduled check-in time and receive a full refund.
If cancellation is made less than 30 days before check-in, the first 30 nights of the stay are non-refundable.
5. Check-In and Check-Out
Standard check-in time: 15:00
Standard check-out time: 11:00
Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
6. Guest Responsibilities
The Guest is responsible for the property during their stay and must keep it in good condition.
Any damages, breakages, or excessive cleaning required may result in additional charges.
The property is strictly non-smoking.
Pets are permitted at no extra cost. However, please read our Pet Policy before confirming your stay.
7. Occupancy
The maximum number of guests allowed is 2. Exceeding this limit without prior approval may result in termination of the stay without refund.
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for refunds or compensation in the event of cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Hampshire, United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England.
