Direct Bookings - Cancellation Terms

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair as possible while protecting our ability to operate. Please review our cancellation terms below:

Standard Bookings

• Cancellations made 3 days or more before check-in:
  A full refund (100% of the total booking amount) will be issued.

• Cancellations made between 2 and 3 days before check-in:
  A 50% refund of the total booking amount will be issued.

• Cancellations made on the same day as check-in:
  No refund will be issued.

Non-Refundable Bookings

Guests who choose a discounted non-refundable rate will not be eligible for any refund in the event of cancellation, regardless of notice given.

Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseeable circumstances beyond the guest’s control (e.g., government-imposed travel restrictions, natural disasters), we will review cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis and may offer to re book your stay within 12 months at no additional charge, subject to availability.
