House Rules & Terms

Welcome to your home-away-from-home! To ensure a comfortable and respectful living environment for all guests, we ask that you please read and follow these simple house rules during your stay:

1. No Parties or Events

This is a peaceful property intended for rest and relaxation after a long day's work. Parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited.

2. No Smoking Indoors

Smoking is not permitted inside the property under any circumstances. You may smoke outside, but please dispose of cigarette ends responsibly and consider other guests and neighbors.

3. Pets Welcome (With Prior Consent)

We love pets, but for the comfort of all guests, pets are only allowed with prior approval. Please get in touch before bringing a furry friend to discuss arrangements. There is no extra charge for pets!

4. Respect for Neighbours

Please keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours (typically between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM). Be considerate when entering or leaving the property at early or late hours.

5. Cleanliness

Please leave the property in a tidy condition. While a cleaning service is provided, excessive mess or damage may result in additional charges.

6. Guests

Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. If you wish to have a visitor, please inform us in advance, as there may be an additional charge for extra guests.

7. Maintenance & Reporting Issues

We aim to keep everything in perfect working order. If you notice anything broken or not functioning properly, let us know ASAP so we can fix it quickly.
